Header Image

This image appears at the top of every exported proposal and as-built document. A wide banner works best — 1500 × 175 px is ideal. PNG or JPG, under 1 MB. Any shape is fine: the image is scaled to fit within 624 × 100 px on documents and its proportions are kept, so nothing is stretched.

    Setup Guide

    Follow these steps to get the most out of Radiant Toolkit.

    Step 1
    Upload your header
    Add your company logo or header image. It will appear on all exported proposals and as-builts. Use a wide banner format — 1500 × 175 px works best.
    Step 2
    Fill in company info
    Add your website, location, and contact details. These appear on proposal documents so clients know how to reach you.
    Step 3
    Build your fixture library
    Add the fixtures, transformers, and wire types you use regularly. The Estimator pulls from this library so you're not typing specs from scratch each job.
    Step 4
    Customize your terms
    Edit the default Terms & Conditions that appear on proposals. Replace the placeholder terms with your actual warranty, payment, and liability language.
    Step 5
    Invite your team
    Use the Team page to invite estimators, project managers, or technicians. They'll share your fixture library and proposal history.
    Step 6
    Create your first estimate
    Open the Estimator, build a job estimate from your fixture library, then generate a professional proposal with one click.
